■How to use brown rice warmers
Heat in a 500W-600W microwave for about 2 minutes, then apply to the desired area.
If it is hot after heating, we recommend wrapping it in a towel before use.
You can enjoy even more moist heat by adding a little water with a spray bottle before heating.

■Precautions for use: Do not use the microwave's automatic heating function.
The heating time is a guideline. Please note that the heating time may vary depending on the temperature and microwave.
If it is difficult to heat up in the microwave or you feel that there is less steam, it is time to buy a new one (replacement guideline: every 1 to 2 years).
The main body cannot be washed.
If you will not be using it for a long period of time, store it in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
